PLR Truck  does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on Digital downloads (PDFs). Digital downloads (PDFs) that have been emailed to a customer or made available to download will not be refunded. This is due to the fact that once a digital download has been sent, it cannot be returned. 

In order to maintain the quality of our products, we have a strict “no return” policy for any physical items purchased from Nurse Well Versed, with an exception of damaged items. 

If you have received a damaged item from Nurse Well Versed, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Please include your order information, a description and picture of the damage. We will review your request and if approved, will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
